The room's decor evoked historical charm, and the complimentary welcome gifts of wine and fruit made us feel special. The lack of privacy on the patio detracted slightly from our overall enjoyment.

Property was luxury, we truly enjoyed this place.

The room was well-appointed and huge and had fantastic views on the garden and the swimming pool. The staff was attentive, showed us a nice pool onsite. The location was very special and stunning to the Uxmal Mayan ruins for the nighttime light show...

Our room featured a fine garden view. The outdoor pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, and the dining experience surpassed my expectations. Every meal we had was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff delivered attentive service.

Stunningly beautiful and lovely hotel, the services where good, stunning location by nature. The stuff were very caring and helpful and assisted with free parking. Huge, absolutely fabulous room with a hot tub. Location just next door to common areas and the Hacienda Temozon and nightlife.

The restaurant serves fresh, diverse dishes, and the amazing pool area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The staff are genuinely attentive and create a cute atmosphere.

Unique Heritage with Quirky Charm

Enjoyed the historic aspects of the hotel and the lovely gardens. The dinner at the restaurant was so nice! Make sure to ask for English-speaking tour assistance to appreciate the hidden stories of the place, as I did not initially realize how steeped in history this hacienda is.

The grounds were stunningly beautiful, with a lovely pool area perfect for relaxation. The restaurant offered wonderful dining options, and the multi-course breakfast was a highlight, with flavorful homemade tropical preserves and delicious chilaquiles.

The bathroom setup could be better. It was a bit challenging to have everyone ready quickly in the morning.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice garden view. The bed was high and cozy, and the bathroom was a good size. It could've used some coffee/tea facilities, though, and the air conditioning was turned off by housekeeping a couple of times, a bit annoying.

The pool was gorgeous, but we woke up to loud power washing at midnight.

This hotel has a breathtaking location that's just a short walk from the beautiful Southover Grange Gardens.

Good hotel with free wi-fi, a wonderful restaurant, and a fantastic outdoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying a massage here. I'll definitely come back for a city break.

The picturesque pool and lush garden paths helped us unwind at this hacienda. Our stay with my son was special, especially when we were surprised with an upgraded room with a hot tub!

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could offer more activities for kids.
